Vinatha Viswanathan trained as an ecologist at the Salim Ali School of Ecology, Pondicherry, and has been an editor and science writer for over a decade now. She is currently the head of Bal Sahitya, the children’s books division of Eklavya Foundation, and the editor of Chakmak, a monthly science magazine for children.
